Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all web properties operated by Indieverse Ventures, LLC, including but not limited to indieverseventures.com, as well as any future or successor domains and subdomains. If a specific site publishes its own policy for the same topic, that site-specific policy governs that site; otherwise, this policy applies.

General Rule

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions: Once billed, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable. At our sole discretion, we may provide a pro-rated refund if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days.

Account Termination and Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use (including abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct), you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

Discretionary Refunds

In limited circumstances (such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or other unusual situations), we may issue refunds at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or recurring payments at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
