A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notices

We review notices promptly and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material. If material is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice with your contact details, the relevant URL(s), and a brief explanation. Where legally appropriate, we may restore the material at our discretion.

Repeat Infringement

Where applicable, repeated infringement may result in suspension or termination of access to our services. If content is hosted with a third-party provider, that provider's takedown procedures may also apply.

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or defenses available to Indieverse Ventures, LLC.
